As you may know, I wrote my MSc thesis on public apology - specifically on the development and refinement of a frame to analyze discursive communication strategies used in those apologies.
I get asked about a lot of apologies (because my friends and colleagues know how much I love a bad apology!)
I took some time to break down Yoho’s statement AOC. (Spoiler alert: it’s not good.)
